Yup – I’m feeling totally STOKED!
Today the first of a series of articles I wrote for AT&T was featured in American Express’ OPEN forum. This is more than an honor. Two amazing brands standing behind my insights as a market expert and, well, as a small business owner myself. Click-to-Chat has gotten a lot of attention in the last few years as a way for vendors to reduce their inbound call traffic, and hence reduce costs, all the while keeping customer satisfaction the same – maybe even higher.

A recent survey conducted by Compass Intelligence revealed interesting changes in Cloud-related IT priorities in 2012. The majority of the 2400 respondents surveyed online revealed an inclination towards increased adoption of cloud services to both lower operational costs and add flexibility to operations.
