Compass Intelligence recently released the year-end analysis results of the 49 companies tracked within its Small Business Online Portal Tracker. The year-end review examined more than 20 capabilities across multiple parameters over the four quarters of 2011. Verizon, AT&T and Sprint are rated as the top 3 experiences online for Small Business customers. Various aspects such as online learning, e-Commerce and Help & Support were examined, while also incorporating research conducted with Small Business Decision-makers for guidance.

AT&T offers these tools within its Small Business InSite portal, which can be accessed from the Small Business site. Small businesses are relying on access to downloadable content that will aid them in online growth, access new technology and gain additional resources to help improve the day-to-day operations of running of the business.

Small Business customers also have access to videos and articles authored by experts across multiple business fields, such as journalism and consulting. These videos include insights into emerging trends such as using Social Media and becoming more mobile with the use of tablets and other wireless devices.
