Accessing the Tool
The Small Business landing page offers a sub-menu with a drop down regarding help selecting a card, from here users are able to select the card finder or access a ratings and reviews section.
At the end of the questions, the recommendation is displayed with a link to the cards landing page, which provides additional details along with instructions on how to apply. Ratings and reviews are also provided at the bottom of this page which are provided by customers who are registered with their card details on the site.
Some of the additional tools on offer allow for an estimate of the rewards such as the Starpoints calculator which uses potential monthly spend to estimate yearly points earned. Along with this, a list of redeemable gifts is available with an example of how many points are required. This allows Small Businesses to really see what rewards are possible with their monthly spend.
Overall the service allows for simple access to information that is important to the business, but some businesses may find themselves trying the tool multiple times to see the different offers available, and as such, will visit a majority of the card pages. With direct access to apply, the buyflow becomes seamless and with great ease to use and detailed information, Small Businesses are left with all the knowledge required to proceed to the application section.
